I’m an experienced fitness and performance coach.
I’m passionate about helping people achieve physical transformation, stronger bodies and improved mental wellbeing through a unique blend of exercise, nutrition and mindfulness.

Your fitness should fit in with your lifestyle in order to be sustainable. To set you up for success, I have flexible options for our training sessions.
I’m a registered trainer at Fitbox in Buckshaw Village, so if the gym is your preferred place to work out, Fitbox has everything we need for a great session.
From weights and bands to TRX, I have plenty of portable equipment, so if working out at home is most convenient to you, I can provide a full training session where you live.
Don’t live in the area? Super tight on time? For ultimate flexibility, I can offer training sessions online. These workouts can be pre-recorded or live to suit you.
