“I’m so proud of my results and it’s all down to James.”
I’ve been training with James since September 2019. I wanted to try something that was different to build muscle and strength. I’ve always known the benefits of using weights but never felt confident to use them on my own as I didn’t know the correct technique. It would often be an area of the gym I would avoid for this reason.
I love the variety in my programmed workouts. I have tried so many new exercises that are completely out of my comfort zone! Even though I would never have thought in a million years that I would be able to do them, I have felt so supported by James and encouraged to try new things that every challenge he gives me I love! Every session is well prepared, and I never feel rushed to cram things in, nor do I feel like he has run out of things for me to do.
